
Casearia di Sant' Anna is a producer of organic Parmigiano Reggiano in the area around Bologna. In total 750 cows take care of the production of the milk. The original Parmigiano Reggiano is made in a new cheese factory, according to a consortium recipe. The products of Casearia di Sant' Anna are mainly exported and are available in more then 20 countries.
