Mozzarella di Tozzi
Salvatore Tozzi was born in 1950 in Naples. After school he taught all about the preparation of mozzarella. His love for the profession at the age of twenty he brought into Holland. He refined the traditional method of preparation and now proudly serves the best mozzarella in the Netherlands.
Since 1982, Salvatore Tozzi makes its cheese factory in the Netherlands the traditional mozzarella di Tozzi, to the original Neapolitan recipe. It is the only natural mozzarella made in the Netherlands.
